hi everyone I found this site on researching the ketos diet I'm 29 and been fighting weight gain since I was 26 I became addict to fago cola and for the life of me could not stop because the caffeine withdrawal was to much to weigh I just recently lost 20 just from stress I could barely eat so when things calmed down in my life I decided to try to diet to continue weight loss but nothing was working I gave up and started back up with drinking pop now I'm seeing the weight I loss slowly come back so tomorrow I'm starting my fast and trying again I still work out but I still can't lose I never been this big and I was born with a heart murmur so I'm trying my hardest to get back healthy for me and my children if you guys can give me some tips on how to stay on the right track and foods o can eat and the dos and don't on the ketos diet I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow this time I'm determined to stay on track
