I weight 6 ounces more than last week. This weekend I had like a fallback with my eating habits. I try not to be too hard on myself, but I keep feeling guilty that I had this setback.
I was not feeling well allready with my sinus and allergies, and yesterday the backpain came back. And I noticed how much of an emotional eater I was (am). The first thing in my mind when I didn't feel good was, food food and food. Comforting food like carbohydrates, cheese, butter, etc. So what I had the setback, today is a new day.
Today I still have my backpain and sinus and allergies, but I am over the seeking for comfort in food. I stuck to my breakfast that is good for me and now I am sipping a mug of green tea with cinnamon. That is also comforting.
I have to remember myself: everyday is a new day. One day at a time, everyday, everytime.

Hi.
This morning I weighed 114 kg. That means that I have lost in total 8 kg. I bagan half januari this year. 8 kilo seems like a lot, but I don't see the difference on my body when I look in the mirror.
I have gone from size 24 to size 22 in my jeans. I wear my finger jewelry without a problem. All these rings did not fit earlier. I went one size down in my shoes.
How is it possible then that when I look in the mirror I see the same body. Especially the same big stomach and belly? Do you also go through this or is it me?
