Southern belle trying to heal. So far I've beat sciatica (knock on wood) and a host of other issues with lifestyle changes.

Looking to heal my liver. Huge fan of vegetables, coffee enemas and keto style thinking.

Current daily goals:
1. Drink a gallon of water/tea
2. Walk/hoop/weights/dance
3. Consume intense greenery
4. Make "anti-inflammatory" the name of my game

Doritos
Booze
Potatoes in any form
A good beat

Strengths:
My mom and friends
Strategic thinking
Owning my time/flexible schedule
Commitment to healing myself and helping others heal


I've learned to not be dogmatic. To love myself. To forgive myself. To create cool things. To be kind to others. Everything else seems to fall in line when I keep an attitude of gratitude. Follow my journey and good luck to us all!
