Hello everyone,
I am using FatSecret's Calorie Counter app to count my carbs. Did you know that 60 grams of carbs per day is the necessary amount to control your insulin levels? Insulin is the hormone that makes you store extra calories as fat. Therefore, if you have high insulin levels, you cannot burn fat.
Let's see how easy this can be by eating the right foods.
