I love to cook, bake, dehydrate and can foods. I have 4 adult children and they also are good cooks. I need to loose weight cause of my anklingosis spondolytis arthritis, psoriatic psorisis and I have Crohn's disease. I need to loose the weight so there is less weight on my joints. I'm usually very active but lately the pain has been over bearing.
