six weeks (actually a little less) to florida and disney!
started diet 2 weeks ago and probably weighed 148-150. Now I'm at 142. Joined Planet Fitness 2weeks ago and have walked/jogged 3-4 times weekly. Today i walked for 3 minutes then ran for 7 minutes!! then alternated walking 1-2 and running 2-3 for a total of 30 minutes. used the weight machines for arms and thighs for 15 minutes
