Starting on new year I'll start doing this again and hopefully reach my goal of loosing a bit of w
eight, being healthy, improving yoga and improving exercise all on a daily basis. Because I've been constantly gaining weight, feeling stressed, hardly ever have the energy I need to go threw the day and I'm physically very weak, It's important to work on this during 2oo9. That's why it's one of my goals :)
