I have not been consistent or devoted to my diet and training this year. I let life's obstacles get in the way and seriously regret it. I have created a new program that I will start now that vacation is over. It is going to take a while to get back to where I was, but I WILL DO IT! Then I will go beyond!

I've been back in the gym for a solid 2 months now. All my strength is just about back. Its now time to get back to serious work and lose some flab and show off the muscle underneath.

Back to it! Moving houses, buying of one, selling the other, storage units, closings, traveling out of state twice....its all over and i can now get back to me. Eating right and the gym 6 days a week!! WOO HOO...back on that horse.

I have been off the program for 2-3weeks because of moving, fixing the old and new house, and vacation. Got back on the program this week. Its tough though because I still have the house stuff and my family (wife and 3 kids) is living with my parents for a couple more weeks. So things are way out of sorts. Gotta push through and get it going again. Work for summer!!
