I've just begun the two week Smoothie,Salad and Soup Challenge. My goal is to focus on consuming these three nutrient meals, rather than thinking about what I can't do. My tendency to skip meals and make poor choices later even though I'm still not really hungry. I'd like to establish some simple routines and favorite recipes. This morning I began with a Kale, pineapple and pea protein smoothie that was yummy. Next must do......soup or salad for lunch.

Just back from France and trying to choose a simple, doable, path to better health. The twice a year conference marks my lack of progress and always motivates me to make a change now - so I will fee better in six months. Although I'd like weight loss results, I'd also, maybe more importantly like to be free of sugar cravings. Too much of my time is wasted thinking about how to change this problem and not enough time is spent just doing it. The Eat to Live approach makes the most sense to me and my plan this week is to modify that plan to fit our life on the road. I need easy alternatives to cooking and foods I can easily pack in my purse to add to restaurant green salads and vegetables.
