Day 2 at Fatsecret: I didn't lose anything overnight. I'm going to start weighing myself every other day because I'm realizing my weight will fluctuate and I don't want to get discouraged when I stay the same or even gain a few ounces. SOOOoo, I'm gonna wait until Monday morning (6/09) until i weigh myself again. In the meantime, I will keep on keepin' on and
try
to keep with my plan of avoiding sugar and alcohol. With the good Lord's help and grace, of course!

I've lost 4 pounds since Monday (5 days)eating low-carb foods. Sugar and alcohol are my 2 biggest problems followed closely by bread. I haven't had any of those since last weekend :-)
I must admit, I have not been hungry at all this week and I can say "no" to any cravings that have come up without much difficulty (I even watched my husband eat an icecream cone and didn't cave in to one myself! HUGE SUCCESS!) Thankfully, my hubby isn't a big sweets-eater so we don't have a lot of that kind of thing in our home.
