Have been OP since the weekend. I did have a slice of pizza today. It was a large piece but I would have normally had 2 or 3. Also had a good size portion of salad, no dressing, water, coffee.
Came home to have a plain burger, zucchini shreds and a couple glasses of red wine. Relax girl. Hump day, stress today, chill tomorrow.
Be in the moment.

I am going to begin again.
I am going to change my lifestyle.
I have done this before, I will do it again.
This time I will maintain.
I want to be healthy and feel good, about myself and my appearance.
I have a positive attitude.
My physical therapist has been my motivation to get back on track. I love her! It's not what she said but who she is and what she does. She is amazing!
