I was busy and worked through lunch, The bad thing about it.... I ate 3 pieces of peanut butter fudge! Overall I've kept my calories low.

Today I am making a commitment to myself that I will stay on this diet and lose the necessary weight to enjoy a full and happy life with my family. I am the only person that do something about my weight. I understand that due to previous surgeries and my age I will have to be very diligent to accomplish my goal but I can do this!
God has blessed me with a wonderful family and I will no longer take my health for granted. I am making my weight loss and exercise program a #1 priority in each day!! I will not continue to ignore the fact that I am putting myself at increased risk for heart attack and stroke by being overweight and not exercising. I do not want to be a burden to my family when I am older because I did not take care of health,
God as my helper, "I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME" . I will "Trust in the Lord .....and He will give me success"
