Hi everyone my name is Linda and I'm exited to start my fitness journey. I have struggled for a very long time with yo-yo- diets and topping weight at 225pds. I actually started my body construction about 2.5 years ago and still got a bit ways to go. I was miserable in every form or fashion, I really stayed out of stores for a reason and that I was fat! It was the plus-sized section that was pure torture for me because everything I saw and tried on really made me feel ugly and not at all sexy for my loving husband. I stayed away from mirrors, pictures just anything that reflected my body back to me. Well, making a long story short I decided start my journey on fitness, oh yeah I was a professional cake decorator and decided to give all of that up to become more fit. I actually started out with Team Beach Body workout videos...Hop Hop Abs (didn't stick withwith it. lol I actually hated it because it's cheezy as crap) sorry Shaun T :–( my next one was again one of Shaun T's videos, this time it was T25...ok...much much better I said. I didn't follow the eating plan to a T however I still lost though...I lost about 10pds. So started working out at the gym hum STILL not really following clean eating plan, gotta tell guys it's so crucial to follow a clean diet or your results will be snail slow like mine. It has taken me 3 years to realize this. Sad but true, I've wasted a lot of time with myself. Please do your research change your eating habits if you are expecting results.
