Flew out of town for a weekend visit with old friends. They cook and eat healthy. i was careful but after 29 days straight no cheating I did eat out and had a few drinks and could not resist the homemade pasta my friend made. Happy with the weight loss I was afraid i would gain or slow up my weight loss.
Today is my 23rd wedding anniversary 33 lbs away from my wedding weight.

Weigh-in: 172.0 lb

lost so far: 10.0 lb

still to go: 32.0 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Been entering my weight on fat secret for almost 2 years. Never goes down and actually went up. Been following a plan almost identical to LA weight loss for 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds. My secret ? No cheating ! I guess it might have worked all along.
At the moment i am excited and happy
