Monday morning getting ready to make things happen, good weigh in I'm down 2.5 lbs since Sat Plan this week continue loging N watching what I eat on the fitness side BURN 1500 calories daly I'm excited N Gonna B down to 165 by Sat

Mother Nature showed up, bloated retaining water and craving sweets and salt my weight is up, but i am not getting ddiscouraged Been working out Hard for the past week It SUX when U gain, aknowledged and moving forward over beating myself up I'm thanful and proud

It's been an interesting week, started program actually on 27Th of Feb, Sat weighed 165, lowest I've ever weighed as an adult. I was doing fine, then comes a celebration on Sunday, weigh was ok. Monday 3/01 up to 169 up 4 lbs. Went to the Gym everyday, fighting to lose the extra. Why do we Keep going thru the same old thing, I'm gonna do better. FOCUS.
