5 Months ago I could only do 8 pushups. I weighed 297 lbs so I was pushing a lot of weight. Today I weigh 265 and I've been lifting weights 3 times a week. I tried doing pushups again today and was able to rip through 22 before tiring out! Looking forward to the day I can crank em' out like a soldier :)
