So over the past couple days I’ve been eating low-carb to the best of my ability and also low-calorie I haven’t written anything down and I haven’t really stuck to a calorie count I’ve just been trying to make better choices that I know are good for me and I looked at the scale today and had lost about 5 pounds I have been sitting around 250 for months now and it said 245.8 this morning! haven’t gotten the motivation to stick with calorie counting. Even though it’s just logging what I eat it’s just annoying to me sometimes but I have to do it for every single meal. Maybe I can continue making healthier choices about what I eat and I won’t have to calorie count it seems like it’s against the rules to not write down or track all your calories but I really have enjoyed eating the foods I’ve been eating and I haven’t had to overthink when I’m eating I just eat things I know we’re healthier

This weekend I will NOT let myself lose focus. I’m starting off with a 300 cal breakfast so when I go to the store I won’t stop at a fast food place
