I tried really hard this week but have'nt lost an ounce! I've joined the challenge to walk One Hour so maybe that's what I need!

Well my weekend away has caught up with me!!! I'm paying the price with 2 pounds up this week! But I'm not defeated yet! Now I have 4 pounds to lose before I reach my first personal goal----I'm trying to stay focused on that and I also have to focus on the 6 more I have to lose to reach the goal my Dietician set me!
I'm going to need new walking shoes soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were away for the weekend so I could'nt stick to the programme 100%. I got no walks in at all and I could'nt weigh myself until today---I usually weigh myself on Monday morning. I was'nt going to go for a walk but when I hopped on the scales I could'nt believe when I saw that I was still the same as last week!!!! So spurred on, I went for a 30 min walk andI'm thrilled with myself! My first goal now is to lose another pound and my second goal is to lose 4 pounds by Saint Patrick's day!

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've got rid of that 2 pounds that I'd gained last week!!! I'm so thrilled with myself! My goal this week is to try my very best to lose another pound this week!

I'm so disappointed in myself but not surprised. I did'nt do any walking and did'nt stick to my points. I've let myself down badly but I'm heading out the door now for a walk and the rest of the day can fall in with my plans rather than me trying to plan my day!! We'll see what this week brings!!!
