I hate exercise! HOWEVER, I AM GOING TO BEGIN YOGA!
I have MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS and I cannot tolerate the heat. Therefore, I am going to do the slow and easy stuff, plus it will help with my balance.
I am a middle school teacher and my summer is about to begin and I will have more time for my yoga. I just need ti be held acceptable and hopefully I will log on to get it. If you don't see me that will be a bad sign.
So cheer me on, and lets get thinner!
