Haven't been here in quite a while. Work's been wicked busy and the last thing I've had time for is counting calories. But I will say that the time I spent on here since January taught me how to eat better, which was one of my goals. The other, moving more, well...eh. Hard to do that when you a) hate exercise, b) hate sweat, and c) have roots growing from your butt to the office chair.

That being said, I haven't gained a single pound. I haven't really denied myself anything, either. It's been more of an unconscious portion control issue. I'm better at eating until I'm satiated and then stopping. I don't have that horrible overfull feeling anymore! Yay! Also, taking a page from Portia Degeneres, food's lost its power over me because I grant myself permission to be exactly as I am, and to eat however much I want of whatever I want.

So, ladies & gents, that's about it. See you again in the Spring when work (hopefully) lets up a bit!
