I'm here to do the Fat Smash Diet, I've done it once before and had great results and rather quickly too. Unfortunately, I "let myself go" over the past year and now I have to start all over again. I'm upset with myself for giving in to the cravings of sweets and fast foods, I'm finally ready to jump in and really dedicate myself to changing my eating habits, I've been working out but then would ruin it by coming home from the gym and having a late night snack but not something healthy but instead junk food, also I got into a habit of eating McDonald's and other fast food a few times a week.
