Day 1 of many...
Been pigging out too much on the snacks we got the kids to keep them skiing BAD mommy, kids 0, mom 30+. I haven't been able to work out for 3 weeks due to pulled neck and back and have been partaking in comfort food. TIME TO GET back on the wagon. After barely maintaining my weight through a busted foot I am determined to avoid the 200's and get my but in gear. Plus I really want to keep up with the kids and avoid going to the chiropractor. I avoided him for almost 3 years but this last stint got me back there. SO..
The PLAN
1) I will document my food intake ALL of it, even handfulls of nuts
2) I will work out a mimimum of 3 x per week
3) NO french fries
4) NO cookies
5) NO MORE mini peanut butter cups. :)
