I have been eating healthily and taking trips to the gym regularly. The numbers are indeed going in the right direction.

It has been a generally good couple of weeks but I have indeed had a few slip ups during which I have eaten when not hungry and continued to eat whilst full which of course goes against the basic rules of the plan.
In order to remedy this, I am going to have to adhere to the rules much more than I am and rejoice in the loss of 0.7kg despite eating like a piggy!
