Used to be a gym rat, long distance runner in high school and college but have found it difficult to find energy to exercise.
I feel that years of yo-yo dieting, stress, etc. have messed up my metabolism. I LOVE carbs but have found the keto lifestyle keeps cravings away. Problem is at work we have so many vendors and people bringing in donuts, desserts, tacos, etc. and so I'm finding weight loss difficult.
