I guess its time to get back on the wagon. I've been so busy that I've not taken the time to record my weight or anything. I haven't really gone up or down much. I seem to stay with 5 lbs of my starting weight but I really want to get some lose showing. I have been trying to walk but its hard with the cold weather. I bought a jogging stroller so I can walk when I have only a couple daycare kids. It works sometimes.

Weigh-in: 224.0 lb

still to go: 34.0 lb

Diet followed poorly

This has been much easier the last week or two. Usually when I cut back I am starving but this time its easier. I have been extremely busy so maybe that's why it helps.

still to go: 30.0 lb

I did fairly well this week. I didn't overeat at all. Of course, not feeling well the last 3 days helped. I'm hoping to keep this up.

Yesterday was a busy day. I cleaned the shed, took several hours of lifting and sorting and carrying. Then we built two dog houses out of straw so that our dogs will be well protected from the winter weather. Throw in housework and I really didn't sit much yesterday. Spent a couple of hours at the computer and went to bed early.
