I am doing exceptionally well with my diet. I am now eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and I'm cutting my portions in half. I am not eating NEAR as much as I did before. Although I am not able to exercise like I am suppose to beings I have a hurt hip due to a fall back in September. LORDS WILLING I will be having surgery the beginning of November and than I will be able to exercise like I would like to so I can really lose the weight!
