Was totally starving yesterday so I added a bunch more cheese and meat that I picked up from Costco still need to log it. I read a blog that said don’t worry about counting calories. Just keep your carbs low. But eat so you’re full so we’ll see how that works plus I’ve been walking which is good.

I’m thankful for my shortcomings and failures. It helps me to realize I need to clean one on God cannot do this alone. Help me with gluttony and sloth.

Need to rest and reset. Mid (late) 40s tough. Body is turning to blubber. Need to cut carbs and move more. PLAN. Lots of veggies. Fiber: broccoli, artichoke, Brussels sprouts. Walk.
Today: coffee and creamer. 310 shake at 3pm
Pickle slice, kale chips,
Dinner: 2 pork loin slices, spicy dip with crunchy cucumber slices, some roasted broccoli
Tons of water!!! 120ounces
Also I need to make these egg cup things in the morning. Wake up at 6 am and walk.

Here i go again... started my modified keto on 2/20 - wt 166. Just because my body is so mushy! its not even my weight. its my body composition. I need to burn the fat and tone up.
Like typical keto - this has been easy for me. Not hungry. Just really trying to make healthy options with veggies and fiber! BMs are a problem. Miralax on occasion. And herbal tea at night - peppermint/echinacea!
