A little background on my dieting history: I've been overweight most of my childhood, and high school years. In college, I went through periods of "fitness"... only lasting a few months at a time. I've tried every crash diet known to man, and then finally in 2002, when my weight ballooned to 188lbs (I'm 5'1), I joined Weight Watchers and followed the "Winning Points" plan. In a year and a half I lost over 70lbs, and ran a half marathon :)

Since then, I have met, dated, and married my wonderful husband Joe, and throughout those life changes, have managed to gain back another 20lbs. So I'm back with Weight Watchers, and trying to get back into running again. My goal is to get into a healthy routine again, just in time for us to start trying for children :) I want to be healthy for our whole family, and instill in our kids a healthy eating lifestyle :)
