Today, July 13, 2015 is my first day. I have recently been warned about my blood sugar. I have been on medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol for nearly three years. I am attempting to lower all of these and lose 23 pounds by really reducing my carb intake. I am a sugar addict so this is HARD. I am also trying to go gluten free. I have found that gluten and sugar contribute to a bloated belly and joint pain. Any encouragement will be helpful. I do have a goal to lose it all or most of it by my next birthday - 66 days.
