Dramatic weight loss. Well, thats what the pop up told me when I weighed in. I've lost 2.4 pounds. I remember being on this diet before, and I forgot how my body doesn't like to digest meat that well...and I have low blood sugar. Go figure.

But, until I lose a substantial amount of weight or until it gets too expensive...I will stick to it. Then I will probably switch to the no sugar, no flour..Over eaters diet.

I had some great jello, my daily popsicle, and the toppings off a pizza--I hope that was OK--fingers crossed. I posted some recipes, just waiting for approval.

I havent really been exercising. Havent been drinking the water like I should. I could REALLY be dropping the weight if I was exercising and drinking tons of water, but its hard for me to drink it unless Im eating...and I havent been feeling well on top of the humid hot weather.

I will be a home health aide soon, pending drug results and TB test. That will get me moving around, but I really need to put some muscle in my arms if I dont want to be dropping anyone. I really hope that I wont get very tired easily without having my sugar. It may pose a problem. I will probably set up a doctor's appt. this week and see what he thinks. I have a feeling he wont like me being on the diet at all.
