Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been visiting family. I have not been faithful with my running like I had planned. But I have kept up with eating healthy, and I've lost 4 lbs since late April. I will be hitting the gym as soon as I get back home.
My parents are really impressed with my weight loss so far. I have a long way to go still, but it's nice that it's actually noticeable.

I'm 24 lbs down. I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere! I still have close to 80 lbs left to lose, but I feel like I'm finally over the lose 5 lbs gain 5 lbs hurtle I was dealing with for months.
I haven't been recording food. I know for some people it helps a lot, but for me it's just more of a pain. I've been really watching what I eat and still measuring out portions, I just haven't been writing them down.
Also I can run 2 1/2 miles. This has been on the treadmill though. I'm visiting family, so I plan on running outside this week, so we'll see how that goes.
All in all I'm really pleased with my progress so far. I know I have a ton of work to still do, but I feel great and I can't wait to loose some more weight and hopefully get into a new pant size soon!
