Late Dinner,
Today made a couple of little good choices;
1. Wanted pound cake for dinner but ended up going for this
2. Felt too tired to work out coz of a headache but pushed through for a 30 minutes HIIT
3. Drank 2 liters of water instead of apple juice

Did a 21 hour fast and tried working out before breaking my fast but felt so dizzy and finally breaked my fast with sautéed chicken breast spinach and grilled fish. I will get some rest then do the workout 🏋️♀️
