well got pregnant and had a baby. thought i'd use this event as a jump off to my weight loss. at the time of conception i weighed 205lbs, i gained 15lbs throughout the pregnancy and know 2 month after giving birth I'm down to 195lbs. Im a working mom who breast feeds and pumps while away. my goal is to be down to 155lbs by summer time, lets see if i can make that happen. My exercise goal is to get a hour walk in twice a week (which is quite hard being that its fall in Wa, and I'm quite nervous about bringing baby in the rain)This schedule worked great in the summer time but i might need to find a new exercise plan for the rest of the year. i figure if i keep my calories in check, continue breastfeeding, and get light exercise in a few times a week the lbs will melt off. (thats my hope anyway)

So i definitely fell off the wagon in both my eating and my dieting. i dont want to make excuses but it did all start when i got sick and it turned into brochidus, that lasted 7 weeks. then a stomach bug that lasted 2weeks. well im back on my work out schedule and hopefully back to eating right and cutting calories. did a home work saturday, a hour of yoga that kicked my butt. this morning i got up at 5am and hit the gym before work and i feel great. im not gonna weigh myself yet i just wanna get back in the routine for a while.
