No change in weight after about my first week. I stayed within my calorie limits just about every day, and have had no change. Not sure if this is just a metabolism issue? Or should I drop the calories by 300/day?

Day 2. Wondering if FS overestimated how many I should have in a day? I guess I'll just watch this for a while... today should be a challenge. Started off at the gym, but know that I'll be out for lunch and dinner today, and it's so hard to make good choices in restaurants. But I will try!

Day 1 with this app. Didn't plan to start a diet today, but the need has been swirling around a bit. Don't even want to call it a diet - want to just start moving toward better eating habits and drop a few pounds as a bonus. Didn't get to the gym this morning (late night). Did bring b'fast and lunch. Will need to add those recipes in order to record them.
Mood today is just so-so. Not enthused about anything in particular, and that despite mexico being about 3 weeks away. Hoping i can start to find some joy. It's lacking at the moment.
