Need to figure out how to adjust my eating and cravings to steadily lose wieght. I eat healthy, not a lot of sugar, lots of veggies etc.

At 52, I find it difficult to lose the weight. Between stress and being Premenopausal and having to cook for my husband who only eats meat and potatoes (you can't change him) I end up eating what I cook. Perhaps simply calorie counting will make the difference!
