When I first logged onto this website I was already on the SB diet for a week losing 8 lbs. I started this showing my weight as 137 but I actually started at 145. I got on the scale this morning after not weighing myself for a week and was disappointed to see that the scale really didn't move - only 1 lb. I have been very dilegent with a vigerous exercise routine which includes spinning 3-4 times a week and some weight training. I know it's not muscle. I should be moving into Phase II but I'm hesitant.
