I've tried out My Fitness Pal, but I wasn't losing any weight and was feeling quite tired. A friend of mine told me it was because I wasn't eating enough - MFP recommended me 1200 calories per day. Fatsecret says I should be eating 1800, which seems more reasonable!
Hoping to stay active (without the pitfalls of illness and studying!) and lose a bit of weight!
