Today was the food fair so I ate quite alot of junk food and yesterday was the asb in n out lunch . I've also been taking naps cause I heard their good for you and they burn calories .

i ate alot of fattening mexican foods. but i also did some dancing so i think it balances out. im going to try to jogg a litle tommorow so that i can be more toned. i had a light breakfast so i think i ate more during lunch and dinner.

ive been walking and jogging so hopefully i get more toned. i think i need to drink a bit more water because its starting to get warm and i can dehydrate. i dont feel like ive lost any weight so thats good. i hopefully gain a couple more punds ive gained a pound since i started .

I would like to maintain my current weight or gain a few pounds. I would like to obtain some curves . I hope by following this program diet i can achieve my goal in five weeks. I have to eat alot constantly and excersise.
