SO HAPPY ^_^
I wish that other dieters can feel this happiness as well :D Or maybe they are happier (; who knows :D
The saturday before the last was when I started clean eating and REGULAR workouts. IT HAS BEEN GREAT. Screw starving yourself. Screw following what other people say. Screw "ONLY 500 CALORIES TODAY" diets. Screw every single waste of time diet. There is only one that works with all the benefits that make you feel great.
It's just the healthy diet. Exercise is kinda optional I guess. But I do it so my results are faster and it feels great knowing you get fitter.
I don't even want to eat that cake. I don't want to eat any crap ^_~ My body is better than ever after a week and my hair is waaayy less greasy and my skin = NO SPOTS.
Easiest diet (kinda requires will-power but after the second day ITS SO EASY) ever and best results even if you did it for a day (;

all because I didn't eat anything after 6:00pm ^-^

Had a massive binge yesterday...
But today is a new day I guess ^-^ People on the internet are so supportive and they have motivated me to stop binging today. They have taught me it's okay to binge because it's just part of me but sometimes I have to control myself. I did not binge so far today but had a massively filling breakfast full of healthiness. I hope that's better than eating tonnes of junk food.
