Cant lose weight
Hi everyone,

I hope that there is someone out there that can help me. I am 48 years and have gone through menopause, in the last 2 years I have put on 15 kilo's.

I bought a treadmill and power walk on it every night for about half an hour, I watch what I eat, and I am still unable to lose any weight.

Has anyone got any ideas!!javascript:insertsmiley(' Smile
