I'm writing this regarding yesterday's calories. i hadn't eaten that many calories in quite awhile. I was so extremely tired didn't get enough sleep, and I worked out, then did my night shift at work. I know a trigger for me is not having enough sleep. I probably should have done a lighter workout like Pilates or walking instead of full body with weights. but I slept very well Saturday morning when I got off work and feel so much better tonight. it's hard working nights. last week I wasn't getting sleep even on my days off! it's like my body clock was all confused! but I do feel better tonight. the melatonin did the trick. I think I'm going to try to sleep in on Fridays so I'm not up all day and need to avoid the intense workouts on my work days. I did take a couple hour nap before coming in on Friday but I was just still exhausted.
