So I am getting serious about exercise and diet today. I have given up the diet soda and drink only water so that will help. Starting with a trainer this afternoon. I'm not looking forward to it but I really want to start feeeling better. I am so tired and I can't keep going in this direction. I have almosted gained back all the weight again. So time to get serious. Plus I have a team who is depending on me. So we will see. Wish me luck.
