I lived my life, now I want to live life well. I am 40 and I have struggled with High blood pressure and hypoglycemia for way too long. 1 Year ago I made the decision to start turning things around and I no longer want to be identified by my medical conditions or my excuses.

I am 40 and I will act healthy, I will eat healthy and I will exemplify a healthy lifestyle for my family, children and friends until the day when God decides I no longer need to be on this Earth.
