I will follow the liver cleansing diet since it is not really a diet. its more of a healthy way of eating to help your liver live healthier and thus have a better metabolism which may prevent other diseases.
The great thing about this plan is there is no calorie counting just healthy eating habits to develop.
It helped me lose 7 lbs over a year ago but I slipped and starting eating a lot of sugary snacks (my weakness) and the weight crawled up....
