Well yesterday I didnt get my weight training class because I didnt want to be sore for today. I have to take a PT test to enter into EMT Academy. so for all of the paying people out there I need all of the prayer you have! :) 1.5 mile run 20 sit ups and 10 push ups. Its the run im concerened about!
ANyway, I did run/walk 1.5 miles yesterday so I got SOME exercise.
BREAKFAST: chicken noodle soup 110 cals
med apple and peanut butter 55cals and 190 cals
Trying to beef up the cals a bit to have energy for this test...Wish me luck!!

ACTIVITY: weight training class at school... 1hr
Includes cardio for 15 mins, and full body weight training
BREAKFAST: chicken noodle soup, and water....110 cals
SNACK: yogurt and water..................170 cals
LUNCH: lean cuisine meal and water.......360 cals
SNACK: slimfast shake....................190 cals
DINNER: baked salmon w/broccoli and water.130 cals
SNACK: medium apple and peanut butter....245 cals
TOTAL CALORIES: 1205
I cant eat anymore food than this!!! lol
Be back later to advise of cals burned in my workout today....
