I have the least healthy eating habits of anyone I know. I don't like meats, fruits, vegies, dairy...basically, all I eat is bread and things full of sugar and/or fats and I drink a lot of diet coke. The diet Coke makes me hypoglycemic, which makes me eat more and more and more. I need to get my eating habits under control so I can lose weight and also so I can have more energy and not die of malnutrition or cancer or diabetes or heart disease or any of the many other things that could kill me because I eat such terrible crap.
