Today was my first day actually MEASURING things out! holy cow, lets be honest its a chore. I did all my normal prep last night for my smoothy (using my new ninja blender!) but still measuring chicken breast, steak, and things like nuts, cranberries?! Im thinking I need to buy a food scale to make my logging and tracking easier. One thing that i struggled with today is feeling hungry for the first time in a while, not the like "oh that looks good I'm going to have some", the actually like stomach FEEELSSS hungry, which is almost a new feeling again! Must say no extra snacking for me today made me VERY proud!
