Well I went to a baby shower yesterday and tried to be good but all that was offered food-wise was meatballs and lil smokies both in sauces that were a bit sweet, fruit, cake, cake pops and other sweets. I did have some of the meats trying not to eat too much of the sauce plus one cake pop. The cake pop was shockingly sweet to my system after a month of being sugar-free. Also to drink I had a lemonade but not sure if it was sugar-free.
Funny ok maybe not so funny thing happened at the shower. I did laugh it off but inside I was a bit sad. We played this game where you take a piece of crepe paper the length of however long you thought the guest of honor is around her pregnant belly. What I did was wrap it around my waist (granted it was not super snug but still) and used that as my guess. I won the game :/ Yeah, well I am glad that shouldn't be the case too much longer.
I still managed to lose another lb. and am back on the bandwagon now. I love that I don't feel bad about one cheat and I didn't give up I just moved on:) I feel too good losing this extra weight to go back to my unhealthy ways. I really feel this time I can do this as a lifestyle not just use as a way to lose the weight. Now it's super bowl Sunday and I'm excited to make some low carb hot wings and jalapeno poppers to watch the game with my family! Life is good:)

So I kind of fell off the wagon a couple days ago, not intentionally. We were all starving and out and about town and sadly went through a drive thru. I thought I was doing good ordering a chicken salad and side of chili but alas the chicken was breaded and the chili had beans in it. I did eat it (just looked it up 40 net carbs right there) and then just jumped right back on the diet again. So I'm not surprised my weight loss has kind of stalled again this week, but I think it will start going down again now.
