Bought Denise Austins "Daily Dozen" book last night at B & N. Made a healthy dinner. Got up late today (12:30), laid around like a fat ass all day. Seriously, I walked the dogs twice, thats it. I made a fairly healthy breakfast and lunch/dinner thought I ate more of it than I intended. Spent the day reading and internetting, have terrible headache from doing so. Drank lots of water though. Also took some vitamins today a b12, c, and those mega-cleanse things I bought. Stuffy nose and throat too, ick. I really wanna look good for Anna's wedding, I've got time but damn, maybe if I get skinny for Anna's wedding I can hold on to it for mine too. fingers crossed. Gonna ride the bike to work tomorrow, damn it. I need some tennis shoes. and friends that work out
Ended up doing the Tuesday workout at like 10pm. Felt like ASS but finished it...
