I'm a 29 year old pastry chef who did SB about 2 years ago with great success I went from 180 to 135lbs in 10 months. Well, in the course of those 2 years I've put on about 12lbs from my goal weight and so I've gone "back on the wagon" to take that weight off again. I really do like this diet and like the fact that i don't have to limit portions except for breads and fruit. Anyway, i'm excited to be taking care of myself again and can't wait to get back in shape.
